​I am an Associate Professor at the Department of Applied Economics at HEC Montréal, the University of Montréal affiliated business school.

Before that, I was a Postdoctoral Associate at the Joint Program on the Science and Policy of Global Change at MIT.

I received a PhD in Economics from the Department of Management, Technology and Economics at ETH Zurich, where I worked under the supervision of Thomas F. Rutherford.

My research interests are in:
  • Environmental and climate change economics
  • The efficiency and distributional implications of climate policy
  • International trade economics
  • Energy demand in developing countries
